Hello, and welcome to Cheerful Paw Co! Whether you found us while searching for a Lick Mat, followed a friend's recommendation, or just wandered in because the colors caught your eye, we're so glad you're here. Pull up a seat. Let us tell you a little about who we are and why we do what we do.
Enrichment first
Cheerful Paw Co is an enrichment-first pet accessories brand. That means everything we pick starts with one simple question: does this make everyday moments more engaging and more fun?
We believe meals and snacks are some of the best opportunities for play. Dogs are natural explorers. They love to sniff, lick, nudge, and figure things out. Enrichment tools give those instincts a cheerful outlet, turning meals and play into longer, more engaging moments.
That's why our shelves are filled with four families of tools:
- Lick Mats: textured mats and plates for snack-time licking fun.
- Slow Feeders: bowls with ridges and paths for unhurried meal adventures.
- Puzzle Feeders: lids, petals, and compartments for mealtime games.
- Snuffle Mats: soft fabric layers for hide-and-seek sniffing.
Why "cheerful"?
Because we think pet gear should be as joyful as the pets who use it. We love vibrant colors, happy patterns, and designs that make you smile when you see them on the kitchen floor. A Bloom Lick Mat, a Sunflower Snuffle Mat, an Ocean Friends Lick Plate: little bursts of color that make daily routines feel brighter.
Our goal is simple: busy, engaged, happy companions, and the people who love them having fun right alongside.
The scrapbook spirit
If our style reminds you of a scrapbook, that's on purpose. We think of the life you share with your dog as a collection of little moments: the first time they solved a puzzle, the way they nose through a snuffle mat with total focus, the happy mess of a Lick Mat Sunday. Those small moments are worth celebrating, and we want our tools to be part of the story.
That's why you'll see collage-style layouts, playful color pops, and a warm, welcoming tone across everything we do. Come in, look around, explore.
What we care about
- Fun first. Every tool we choose is about play, curiosity, and mental stimulation.
- Simple routines. We love tools that fit right into the day: easy setup, easy rinse or shake-out, easy to rotate.
- Honest descriptions. We describe what our tools are and how they're used. No over-the-top promises, just good, playful gear.
- Long-term friendships. We hope you'll come back, try a new tool, and share your dog's adventures with us over time.
How to start exploring
New to enrichment? Here's a gentle path:
- Read our guides. Start with Mealtime Enrichment 101 and our buying guide to find the right fit.
- Pick one tool. Match it to your dog's play style: licker, sniffer, speedy eater, or problem-solver.
- Start easy. Make the first sessions a guaranteed win.
- Rotate and grow. Add a second tool when you're ready, and mix them through the week.
